Peaches with Yoghurt Mousse Recipe

... remaining gelatin sheets in cold water for 5-10 minutes, dry and squeeze well. heat half of the peaches puree, add the sugar, squeezed gelatin and lemon juice. mix well, add the remaing puree, mix well again and pour over the yoghurt mousse. cover with plastic wrap and refridgerate until you serve.
