Stuffed Mushrooms with Cheese Recipe


Stuffed Mushrooms with Cheese Recipe is a tasty appetizer to accompany your parties. Serve them into a beautiful serving plate with some large fresh green salad leaves. If you prefer, you can bake them just for some minutes, until their colour becomes lightly brown.

INGREDIENTS


200g - champignon mushrooms, preferably large

1 - garlic clove, cut in half

130g - fresh creamy cheese

2 - tablespoons fresh minced herbs

1 - tablespoon lemon juice

- salt and pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS


Clean very well and carefully all mushrooms with a clean kitchen towel. Place garlic into a small pot, pour in a little water, cover and boil for 3 minutes. Drain and place the boiled garlic into a bowl, crumble with a fork, add the fresh creamy cheese, the minced herbs and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix all well with a wooden spoon, until it becomes a creamy and smooth mixture. Fill mushrooms with the prepared cheese mixture, cover with a plastic wrap and place Stuffed Mushrooms with Cheese in the fridge until you serve them.
