Lemon Fish Fillet Recipe is a great recipe, which doesn' t requires a lot of time to prepare. It tastes great in both ways: grilled or baked. In this recipe you can use many kind of fishes, for examples: Tilapia, Salmon, Sea bream, Sea bass, etc. You can cook Lemon Fish Fillet with butter or extra virgin olive oil, as well. To accompany you can prepare a simple sauce with cheese, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

4 - Tilapia fillets

1/2 - lemon juice

1 - fresh parsley bunch

- salt and pepper to taste


100g - cheese ( philadefia or stracchino or greek yogurt )

3 - tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 - lemon juice

- salt and pepper to taste


Place the grill over medium heat and. Rinse fish fillets under cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Place them into the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on both sides. Once grilled set aside as you prepare vinaigrette. In a bowl pour olive oil, add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix very well to combine. Place fish fillets on a serving plate, sprinkle with the prepared mixture and garnish all around the plate with lemon slices and fresh parsley small bunches. You can accompany this Lemon Fish Fillets with a simple sauce: In a bowl combine together the cheese, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well and place it into a small serving plate.
