Baked Orange Sea Bass Recipe


Baked Orange Sea Bass Recipe could be a good idea to prepare fish during a Sunday lunch. Sea Bass is the kind of fish which can easily be founded and is not too expensive. Here oranges give to the delicate sea bass flesh a citrus taste, which is very enjoyable. You can accompany this tasty baked orange sea bass with a simple fresh salad.

INGREDIENTS


20 - black olives

- extra virgin olive oil

2 - garlic cloves

2 - oranges

- salt and pepper to taste

4 - sea bass, cleaned


DIRECTIONS


Scale and disembowel all sea basses. Wash with cool water and pat dry well with kitchen papers. Arrange sea bass in a clean working surface, season outside and in the cavity with salt and pepper and spread inside with some freshly minced parsley. Place sea bass in a pan covered with baking paper, lightly oiled. Add the black olives, other fresh parsley, the garlic cloves and sprinkle all with some extra virgin olive oil. Preheat oven to 180°C. Let marinate just for 10-20 minutes and place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes. Once sea bass cooked remove from oven, arrange into a large serving platter, drizzle with some fresh orange juice and extra virgin olive oil. Serve warm.
