Shrimp and Calamari Salad Recipe

Shrimp and Calamari Salad Recipe is a really easy recipe to realise but full of nutritional benefits. You can prepare it in advance to eat cold or at the moment to serve warm. The most important thing to prepare this shrimp calamari salad is the Quality of the ingredients of the ingredients that you use.

500g - freshly, cleaned shrimp

500g - freshly, cleaned calamari

300g - freshly baby salad

- extra virgin olive oil

- lemon juice

- white wine

- salt and pepper to taste

- freshly chopped parsley


After cleaning the shrimp and calamari, wash it well under running water. Round cut calamari and boil for some minute in boiling water over medium. Do the same with the shrimp but in another pot but here add a little white wine. Drain well the fish in a colander. In a small bowl prepare this mixture: lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, chopped parsley and salt. Mix well with a fork to combine. Wash the fresh baby salad under cold water, drain well and transfer in a large serving platter, arrange over the shrimp and calamari and season with the prepared mixture. Serve immediately or let rest in the fridge.
