INGREDIENTS


1 kg - lamb chops, about 3/4 inch thick

3 - 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS


Take a large bowl, place the lamb chops in, pour the extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and abundant freshly pepper. Heat a grill pan over high heat, until almost smoking, add the chopsĀ  and cook to both sides, until brown but not burned. When they are cooked remove from fire and serve immediately. You can serve them with an freshly salad, boiled vegetables or roasted potatoes.
