Fried Tuscan Chicken Recipe

Fried Tuscan Chicken Recipe is a very simple and easy recipe, but not less tasty. It is prepared by marinating chicken meat with a lemon-extra virgin olive oil-freshly minced parsley mixture for at least 2 hours, coated with flour and eggs and fried then into abundant seeds oil. You can serve this fried chicken with any kind of vegetables that you prefer, freshly green salad, roasted potatoes or a carrot potato puree.

1,5 kg - chicken thighs

5 - tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

3 - tablespoons freshly minced parsley

2 - eggs

80g - all-purpose flour

2 - cups sunflower oli

- salt and pepper to taste


Clean, wash and pat dry chicken thighs, place in a bowl and spread over with the freshly minced parsley. Add lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper and let marinate for at least 2 hours, in the fridge or at room temperature. Beat eggs into a bowl and pour flour into another one. Heat the seeds oil into a deep pan. Remove the marinated chicken from the container and coat in the flour, in a uniform way. Eliminate the excess flour delicately and dip into the beaten eggs. Cook the marinated chicken for about 15-20 minutes, or until meat becomes tender and have a lightly brown color. Place on paper towels and serve warm.
