INGREDIENTS


150g - bolied chicken meat

10 - cherry tomatoes

200g - mayonnaise

5 - radishes

2 - tablespoons fresh cream

1 - fresh celery rib

100g - fresh mixed green salad

- apple cider vinegar

- salt and pepper to taste

- extra virgin olive oil


DIRECTIONS


Clean the celery, eliminating any filaments, wash and cut into cubes. Clean the salad, wash and drain well. Clean the radishes and slice very thin. Clean, wash and pat dry cherry tomatoes, cut into slices. Cut the boiled chicken into pieces at the same size. Prepare the sauce: mix the mayonnaise with the cream and add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Season with a good grinding of pepper. Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl, add the mixed salad, cherry tomatoes, the sliced radishes, the cubed celery rib, season with salt and mix. Toss with the prepared mayonnaise cream and sprinkle with a little extra virgin olive oil and serve immediately.
