Orange Veal Cutlets Recipe

12 - veal cutlets

1 - large orange

2 - fresh oranges juice

12 - sage leaves

12 - bacon slices

4 - tbsps extra virgin olive oil

- salt and fresh black pepper to taste


Peel oranges with a sharp knife and cut A JULIENNE. Slice the oranges, cover the veal cutlets with the bacon slices, add the sage leaves to each of them and fix with a toothpick. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, add the veal cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes. Pour the fresh oranges juices and cook for other 3 minutes, until the veal cutlets are ready and the sauce thicken. Add the orange rind, season with salt and pepper and serve into a serving platter. Garnish with the orange slices and serve warm.
