Beef with Cherry Tomatoes Recipe

Beef with Cherry Tomatoes Recipe is a delicious and tasty recipe, prepared just into 30 minutes. All the flavors are exciting to eat, and cherry tomatoes are a great success. Serve this healthy and tasty second dish with roasted potatoes or various salads.

1 kg - beef, filleted

200g - cherry tomatoes

2 - garlic cloves

4 - can

1 - tablespoon capers

1 - teaspoon dried oregano

4 - tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- salt and black ground pepper to taste


With a sharp knife slice the beef into fillets, about 2 cm thick. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and cook them into a large frying pan over medium heat with garlic cloves (peeled) and 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. Cook for some minutes, until cherry tomatoes are tender, eliminate garlic and remove from fire. Prepare 4 pieces of aluminum foil and brush with the remaining olive oil. Cook beef fillet on both sides over very high heat into a large pan just for 3-4 minutes and place them into the center of each aluminum foil. Spread over the cooked cherry tomatoes, capers and the chopped can-oiled anchovy fillets. Spread with the dried oregano, season with salt and black ground pepper. Sprinkle with a little extra virgin olive oil and close well the 4 aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 200 Degrees C. Place Beef with Cherry Tomatoes into a baking dish and bake for about 10- 15 minutes. Remove from oven , allow to rest for 5 minutes and serve immediately into individual serving plates, accompanied with roasted patatoes or green salad. Accompany with a red wine.
