INGREDIENTS


800g - beef pulp

400g - mushrooms

500g - onion

1 - small celery

1 - carrot

1 - cup broth

20g - butter

3 - tablespoons red wine

- salt and pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS


Clean, wash vegetables. Finely slice all the onions, then chop celery and carrot into large pieces. Carefully clean the mushrooms, and slice. Place a casserole over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the beef meat for 10 minutes, or until become lightly brown. Pour in the wine and let it evaporate. Add the sliced onions, the chopped celery and carrot and the sliced mushrooms. Let cook for 3-4 minutes, add broth and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for about 1 h 30 minutes. Remove beef from casserole, slice finely with a sharp knife and keep warm. Put vegetables mixture in a mixer, mix for some seconds and replace mixture again into the casserole. Cook for other 3-4 minutes, until sauce becomes thick. Place the sliced beef into a serving plate, spread the sauce all over it and serve warm.
