INGREDIENTS


2 - cups white rice

1 - tablespoon sage, minced

1 - tablespoon basil+ leaves to garnish

1 - tablespoon rosemary, finely minced

1 - 1 garlic clove, finely minced

1 - largeonion, finely minced

1 - celery shank, finely minced

1/2 - cup extra virgin olive oil

2 - tablespoons butter

1/2 - cup white wine

1 - cup boiling hot vegetal broth


DIRECTIONS


Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add the onion, garlic, celery, rosemary, basil, sage. Brown all for 2 minutes, or until the onion is tender. Add the rice and brown for 2 minutes. Add the wine and mix continually until it absorbed. Pour the broth and cook for 15- 20 until the rice is tender. Incorporate the butter, mix all and let rest for 10 minutes. Place the rice into a beautiful serving plate, garnish with the basil leaves and serve warm.
