Spaghetti with Oil, Garlic and Chilli Pepper Recipe

Spaghetti with Oil, Garlic and Chilli Pepper is the eaisiest and fastest way to cook spaghetti during all the seasons of the year, but to have a good result it must be cook very well. The principal ingredients of this spaghetti dish chilli pepper wich perfectly combines with garlic and extra virgin olive oil. A poor - rich pasta dish.

400g - spaghetti

2 - garilc cloves, minced

1/2 - cup extra virgin olive oil

1 - chilli pepper, seedless, finely chopped

- salt to taste

- freshly minced parsley ( optional )


In a large pot bring to a boil abundant salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente(6-8 min). During this time place a pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil and brown the garlic, add the chili minced chili pepper and saute for 1 minute. When the spaghetti are al dente drain them in a colander and pour 2 tablespoons of the pasta water in the frying pan, stir to combine and carefully add the spaghetti. Mix well and remove pan from heat. Serve immediately. Top with the chopped parsley if you prefer.
