Pineapple Tiramisu Recipe

Looking for no bake, easy and healthy dessert recipe? Try this fresh Pineapple Tiramisu Recipe, prepared with mascarpone cheese, heavy cheese, savoiardi biscuits, and can-pineapple. Prepare it some hours before serving, or even better overnight, and the result will be just fresh and tasty.

2 - packages savoiardi biscuits

500g - mascarpone cheese

500g - heavy cream

200g - sugar

3 - eggs

1 - can surup pineapple

- pineapple juice


In a bowl whisk only egg whites until stiff and at the same time in another bowl whisk the cream. Place immediately in the fridge. In a third bowl beat the egg yolks with the sugar and light, fluffy and doubled in size. Add mascarpone cheese to the yolks mixture and continue to whisk until you have a smooth mixture. Arriving at this point, add the egg whites and incorporate with the other ingredients with a wooden spoon, from the bottom to the top. Now, incorporate the whipped heavy cream, mix well and delicately. Now the cream is ready to be used. Choose a baking dish large enough to hold all the cream mixture. Pour on the bottom of the baking dish a cream layer, then arrange one savoiardi layer soaked in the pineapple juice and then a layer of cubed pineapple in syrup. Continue in this order until you arrive at the last layer that must be cream. Complete the pineapple tiramisu garnishing the top with pineapple pieces. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving or better overnight.
