Easy Nutella Cheesecake Recipe

There are so many versions to prepare cheesecake but this is one of the easiest and delicious way to prepare it, don' t need bake and gelatin addition. This nutella cheesecake is prepared with a biscuit base, nutella- creamy cheese filling and almonds decoration, need just refrigeration. So why not trying this Easy Nutella Cheesecake Recipe.

Crust Ingredients

250g - dried biscuits

80g - soften butter

1 - tablespoon nutella

1 - tablespoon minced almonds

Filling Ingredients

400g - philadelphia cheese

400g - nutella

250ml - heavy cream

- minced almonds to decorate

- icing cream


Firstly prepare the crust: Mix all biscuits on high speed until they totaly minced, add the softened butter, continue to mix, add 1 tablespoon nutella and minced almonds. Mix well all the ingredients until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous structure. Pour the biscuits mixture in a baking dish and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Pour in a bowl the heavy cream and beat until soft peaks are formed, add 1 tablespoon icing sugar as you beat cream. Add nutella and philadelphia cheese and mix well until all ingredients combined and become creamy. Spread the cheesecake filling over the crust and set in the fridge for a few hours, or better overnight. Before serving decorate with some minced almonds.
