Chantilly Cream Recipe


There are 2 delicious ways to cook and prepare Chantilly Cream, the Traditional way and the Italian way. Traditional Chantilly Cream Recipe is the one of them, prepared just with whipped cream, icing sugar and vanilla. The second version is the Italian one prepared with heavy whipped cream + custard cream. This cream is used in many desserts, in many fillings, or just simply with fresh strawberries or other fresh fruits.

INGREDIENTS


Traditional Chantilly Cream Ingredients

500g - heavy cream

50g - icing sugar

1 - vanilla extract

Italian Chantilly Cream Ingredients

250g - custard cream

250g - whipped cream


DIRECTIONS


To prepare Traditional Chantilly Cream do so: In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, icing sugar and vanilla extract together on high speed until soft peaks form in the mixture. Freeze until you use or serve it. To prepare Italian Chantilly Cream do so: In a mixing bowl , beat together the heavy cream with custard cream until smooth and homogenous. Freeze until you serve it.
