Yogurt Cake Recipe

500g - all

3 - eggs

1 1/2 - glass white sugar

1 - glass white yogurt

1 - glass sunflower oil

1 + 1 - lemon juice + grated lemon zest

1 - package baking powder

1/2 - teaspoon kosher salt


Firstly sift together the flour, the backing flour and salt into a bowl. Divide the whites of the egg from the yolks. Into a plastic large bowl whisk well only the yolks with the sugar. Mix until all becomes e creamy mixture and duplicate its volume. Into another bowl whisk the whites of the egg until they don' t fall from the borders of the bowl. Into the yolks mixture add yogurt, oil, lemon juice and grated zest, continue to mix carefully and add the whites, mixing really delicately. At the end pour in the flour mixture, and slowly whisk the the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until all becomes one homogenuos creamy structure. Preheat oven to 180°C. Lighty butter a pan and pour in the creamy cake. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean. When the Yogurt Cake is done allow to cool in the pan for 10-20 minutes, and serve warm at at room temperature.
