Quick Mini Pizza Recipe

Try this Quick Mini Pizza Recipe, prepared simply with pastry dough, mozzarella cheese and tomato, to serve as an appetizer or as a finger food. Prepare some of them, serve during a party or a dinner with your friends and surely you' ll make a great impression.

400g - French Pastry

400g - fresh red tomatoes or tomato pulp

150g - mozzarella cheese

1 - tablespoons oregano

- extra virgin olive oil

- salt and black ground pepper to taste

- all-purpose flour


Preheat oven to 200 ° C and lightly oil 2 large hobs. Spread out the pastry into a floured working plan, 3 inch thickness and cut out as more pastry disks as possible with a biscuit mould. Lay out all the small disks formed on the hobs and with a fork make some chippings into each pizza. Place some diced fresh tomatoes / pulp tomatoes on each pizza, adding the chopped mozzarella cheese, oregano and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake the pizzas in the oven for about 15 minutes, until lightly brown and the cheese is melted. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
