Easy Smoked Salmon Crostini Recipe

Try this Easy Smoked Salmon Crostini Recipe to serve as an appetizer because is really healthy and tasty. In this recipe is the combination between a fresh cheese as a goat one or Philadelphia, very well-known in Italy. You can mix cheese with minced herbs if you prefer, but in this recipe is presented a very light and simple version. Easy, healthy and elegant appetizer.

SERVES: 30 crostini


30 - thin slices French-bread baguette

200g - thinly sliced smoked salmon

200g - fresh goat cheese or philadelphia cheese


Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange bread in single layer on large baking sheet. Bake until bread is just crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove toasted bread slices from over and spread cheese over them. Top each with the thinly sliced smoked salmon. Arrange on platter and serve warm or at room temperature.
