Fried Herbs Recipe is the perfect recipe wich shows you an easy and great way to prepare herbs and not to waste them. This fried herbs recipe take just a few minutes and are perfect as appetizer or to garnish your favorite meal.

INGREDIENTS


20 - sage leaves

24 - garlic leaves

1 - parsley cluster

12 - basil leaves

100g - white flour

- fizzing mineral water

3 - teacups of vegetable oil (for deep frying)

- salt


DIRECTIONS


Clean, wash and dry carefully the herbs with a paper towel. Pour the flour in a bowl adding carefully the fizzing mineral water, flapping continually with a fork. The mixture should result very fluent. Place the oil into a small frying pan and heat over high heat. Immerse herbs into the mixture and fry them in the oil, for 5- 10 seconds. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain. Salt and serve immediately.
