Mayonnaise Stuffed Raw Ham Recipe

Mayonnaise Stuffed Raw Ham Recipe is the one to present as a finger food when organizing a party, dinner or a cocktail.

200g - finely sliced raw ham

1 - medium celery

250g - mayonnaise

1/2 - teaspoon mustard

- freshly chopped parsley

- salt to taste


Clean, wash and dice the celery into 3-4 inch cubes. Bring a large pot with abundant salted water to a boil. When the water boils, add the diced celery and cook for 3-4 minutes. When they're tender, drain and pour into cold water. Drain again, place into a bowl and set aside. In another bowl gently mix together mayonnaise( leaving 1 tablespoon to decorate) and mustard. Take a raw ham slice, spoon the prepared mixture as necessary and roll it forming a roulade. Continue the same process with all the other raw ham slices until finished. Arrange all into a serving plate forming a circle. Garnish with the parsley leaves and the remaining mayonnaise.
