INGREDIENTS


1 - envelope unflavored gelatin

1 - boiling water

1 - tbsp lemon juice

170g - ricotta

120g - natural tuna

50g - green olives

6 - hard


DIRECTIONS


Prepare the gelatin in a bowl according to envelope directions and mix with the lemon juice. Take another bowl, mix together the ricotta and tuna ( dribbled and softened). Thickly chop the hard-boiled eggs. Take a stamp, pour half of the dissolved gelatin and let rest in fridge for some minutes. Lay out the green olives, the ricotta mixture and at last the chopped hard-boiled eggs. Compete all with the remaining gelatin and let rest in fridge for 3 hours. When you serve the aspic dabble it into hot water for some seconds, and turn upside down in a serving plate and garnish with freshly salad.
